Ever noticed issues in your workforce that make you think that there may be issues with literacy and/ or numeracy?
Education Supply is Social Labour Supply's department that is dedicated to developing, delivering and managing high-quality workplace training that addresses issues impacting both your employees and your business.
Our team is able to work with you to identify these issues and recommend solutions that best address these concerns while working to minimise impacts on your production.
what is workplace literacy and numeracy funding?
Employer-Led Workplace Literacy and Numeracy funding seeks to achieve literacy and numeracy outcomes for employees through the provision of a high-quality programme which reflects the priorities and needs of the specific workplace.
Enhanced literacy and numeracy skills contribute to an increase in workplace productivity.
how can we help?
The team of Education Supply will work with your business to identify the needs of the business and your employees to develop recommendations to address any gaps.
Your assigned programme manager in collaboration with yourself will then develop a programme overview and suggested delivery timetable to accommodate the needs of your production schedule.
As part of our role, we will complete the Employer-Led Literacy and Numeracy Funding application Form on your behalf.
Throughout the journey your programme manager will be in regular contact with you to ensure that you are kept up to date with the programme and are happy with the progress being made.
Our team aims to make this process as smooth and enjoyable as possible for you and your employees!
